The brands on shelves have been around for decades. They’ve got shiny labels, big campaigns, and that "trusted" feel.
But here’s the thing, when I started brewing at home, I stopped being impressed by branding. Because once you taste something you’ve brewed yourself, with real fruit, real spices, and no weird chemical shortcuts, you start seeing through the facade and would always choose homebrewed over store liquor (whenever you can at least).
