I tried this kit recently to make my own Pomegranate and Pineapple wine and it was absolutely delightful in terms of flavour and ABV. The kit also included pH strips to keep a tab on my fermentation rate. The result was amazing and it never felt like it was made in only 7 days. 10/10 recommending this.
