No Rinse Sanitiser
What Is It?
It is formulated with Sodium Percarbonate, which guarantees that the equipment employed in the fermentation process are properly disinfected, preventing the formation of mould during brewing.

Why Do You Need It?
The No rinse Sanitiser we provide is a fast and efficient disinfectant that eradicates harmful bacteria, creating a hygienic environment for your brew to thrive.
How Do You Use It?
Just blend one teaspoon of the no rinse sanitiser with one to two litres of warm water. Make sure the solution comes in contact with all the parts or areas that require disinfection
Back-flavouring
What Is It?
It is a simple process to sweeten or flavour your wine, mead or hard cider after it is bottled.

Why Do You Need It?
If you are not happy and want to change the flavour of your final wine, mead or hard cider.

How Do You Do It?
If you want it sweeter, mix one teaspoon of simple syrup to your bottles. If you want a different flavour, then mix a small amount (depending on the final flavour you want) of a flavouring syrup of your choice.
Muslin Cloth
What Is It?
A cotton fabric made in a high degrees of fineness.

Why Do You Need It?
We use it to filter out any yeast or undesired particles from the fermenter during bottling.

How Do You Use It?
During bottling line the piece of muslin cloth in a funnel and then siphon the cleared wine through it. If the muslin cloth gets clogged up, clean it and continue using it.
