All purchases are final. We don't offer returns under ​any circumstances.

We understand accidents occur, if any item arrives broken, please keep the original packaging and record a short unboxing video for a prompt custom replacement of the broken contents at no extra cost to you.​

To initiate a replacement, send us an email at cheers@myownbrews.com with the recording of the unboxing video.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Our decision shall be based on the unboxing video and will remain final and binding.
